Your Support Matters… We aren’t asking for blood

Bellevue Hospital Center is the healing heart of New York City and the oldest public hospital in the United States.   For almost three hundred years, Bellevue Hospital Center has guarded the public health of the citizens of New York City and aimed to balance medicine's twin obligations: providing cutting edge clinical care and treating each individual with the dignity owed to all human beings regardless of ability to pay, legal status, or illness. At Bellevue, healthcare has always been a human right.

Since, the 1960's, The Bellevue Association, a 501(c)(3) organization, raises funds from the private individuals and organizations to help Bellevue Hospital Center fulfill its mission.

The fortunes of New York City and its global population are deeply intertwined with the ability of Bellevue Hospital Center to protect the public health of its residents and in particular, those who come from underserved and often forgotten communities. Now, more than ever, Bellevue needs our support to continue to be a beacon of humanity, compassion and safety for the people of New York.
